Management Team

The Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day management and conduct of the Network as well as the development and oversight of the research programs and delivery and engagement of adoption strategies. The Management Team comprises representatives of the primary partners and meets monthly to ensure active communication.

• Project management and oversight
• Identification of research linkages and potential collaborations
• Resource allocations
• Workforce planning
• Liaison with CERF Secretariat
• Liaison and linkages with Steering Committee members
• Communications management and oversight
• Delivery and engagement of adoption strategies
