Join us for a hands-on experience with the latest range of identification products and biodiversity technology.
The TRIN Interactive Field Day provides participants with the opportunity to interact with TRIN researchers and developers and a range of products and applications. The day consists of a series of exhibits and small presentations which will include:
- identification keys for mangrove plants, insect families, mayflies, ants and rodents
- management protocols for weeds and small vertebrates
- sub-fossil bones and CT scanner technology
- remote microscopy demonstrations online to other lab locations
- a Wiki corner
- other resources and applications that support biodiversity management, such as the Atlas of Living Australia, Australian Plant Names Index and Australian Plant Census.

Tea and coffee will be available. ANBG parking is charged at $1.80 per hour or $8.00 per day.
